Legendary Rocker’s Former Beachfront Home Hits the Market for $3.9 Million

Stevie Nicks’ former beachfront property has officially hit the market.

The condo, located in Southern California’s Marina del Rey neighborhood, which is in close proximity to Santa Monica and Venice Beach, boasts an asking price of $3.9 million.

Previously owned by the Fleetwood Mac member, the over 2000 square foot condo, built in 1974, features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Aside from location, the draw is the view of the Pacific Ocean, with the sale listing noting that it’s a “beachfront retreat,” with direct access to sand.

“Enjoy panoramic ocean views from this rare, front-facing unit in a private 3-unit building,” the listing reads.

It can be accessed via a semi-private driveway, but the best part is that an elevator brings you up directly to the unit so you don’t have to walk through any shared hallways.

Other features include a “sunken living room,” an “oversized walk-in closet,” a “spa like bathroom,” and a “bonus sunroom,” along with a glass-lined balcony that provides more ocean views and glimpses of beautiful sunsets year-round.

As for decor, it offers a bohemian aesthetic, allowing you to live out your rockstar dreams.

Nicks occupied the property in the late 1970s and early 1980s as she began her solo career after rising to fame with the iconic rock band, selling it in 1982, per records.

Per Page Six, the beachfront oasis even appeared briefly in her “Edge of Seventeen” music video off the debut solo album, “Bella Donna.”

Earlier this month, Led Zeppelin icon Robert Plant‘s former mansion in Wales was also listed for sale.
