7 Brew Coffee is set to build another location in Santa Rosa County, this time in Pace.
The chain will build a 770-square-foot building on a 1-acre lot at 4880 U.S. Highway 90 with nine total parking spaces as well as access onto both Caroline Street and Orleans Street. There will be three entrances for the coffee shop overall and two of them will be accessible from Orleans Street.
This proposal was approved by county officials on July 24, nearly half a year after developers initially submitted their plans in early February.
The Atlanta, Georgia, branch of the Bowman Consulting Group submitted this proposal on behalf of 7 Brew Coffee and filed updated plans in June, then again in July. Both submissions were issued feedback from the county before they were eventually approved at the end of July.
7 Brew is building stores in Navarre and Pace now, expanding its footprint in the county to four stores. Santa Rosa County officials approved the Navarre proposal in late June.

7 Brew Coffee kicked off its expansion into Florida with a Crestview store in 2023 and began working to extend their footprint to the Pensacola region in early 2024, when they filed plans for the North Davis Highway location that’s now open.
7 Brew opened its first Pensacola location at the beginning of the year and another location in Milton in early June, which was their first store in Santa Rosa County.
The fast-coffee chain has been approved to build five locations between Escambia and Santa Rosa counties so far. There is currently one store open in Escambia County at 5305 N. Davis Highway and two open in Santa Rosa County, at 6556 Caroline Street in Milton and 3876 Gulf Breeze Parkway in Gulf Breeze respectively.
Three different 7 Brew stores have been proposed for development in the north half of Escambia County, aside from the existing North Davis Highway location, which haven’t been approved by the time of writing.
Two of the stores are proposed for Ferry Pass, one next to University Town Center while the other is planned inside the Ferry Pass Plaza, and the last store is proposed for Ensley.
What’s 7 Brew Coffee?
7 Brew is a multi-state coffee chain that originated in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017 and has expanded across the nation since, including nearly 30 Florida locations at the time of writing.
The chain implements a drive-through only model at its locations and its staff try to efficiently guide customers through the line to the pickup window, similar to franchises like Chick-fil-A.
