The Eagles now have their first two matchups of the 2025 season reportedly set.
After being confirmed to host the rival Cowboys in the first game of the NFL season, FOX Sports’ Jordan Schultz reported that the Birds will travel to Kansas City for a Super Bowl rematch in Week 2, taking on the Chiefs in a game that will reportedly kick off at 4:25 p.m.
The Eagles are coming off a Super Bowl title after smacking around Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs, denying their quest for a three-peat. Now it will be Philly looking to repeat as champs, and their quest to defend their title will begin with an old rival and a newer one.
Other reported games for the Eagles schedule include a Week 6 game against the Giants on Thursday Night Football on Oct. 9, while there are three games already confirmed by the league, starting with a Monday Night Football clash with the Packers at Lambeau Field on Nov. 10, a Black Friday game against the Bears at home on Nov. 28, and a Saturday NFC championship rematch with the Commanders on Dec. 20.
The full schedule will be officially announced on Wednesday at 8 p.m.
