BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Deputies are investigating after a man was found dead on the Huey P. Long Bridge Thursday evening.
The East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office identified the man as Gerard Nicholas Richard, 41. Deputies said Nicholas appeared to have been hit by a car at some point.
