The White Lotus Season 3 was among the top nominees for the 2025 Primetime Emmy Awards Tuesday, including Outstanding Drama Series.
Also vying for the Outstanding Drama Series Emmy Award are Andor, The Diplomat
The Last of Us, Paradise, The Pitt, Severance and Slow Horses.
The White Lotus has been a big awards season success for Mike White’s HBO/Max series with 15 wins during Seasons 1 and 2, including Outstanding or Limited or Anthology Series for Season 1.
The nominations for the 2025 Primetime Emmy Awards were announced on Tuesday by actors Brenda Song and Harvey Guillén. In addition to The White Lotus Season 3’s nod for Outstanding Drama Series, the show received Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series nominations for Aimee Lou Wood, Carrie Coon, Parker Posey and Amie Lou Wood, and Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for Jason Isaacs, Sam Rockwell and Walton Goggins.
Scott Glenn also received a nomination for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series.
White also scored nominations for Outstanding Directing and Outstanding Writing in the drama category for The White Lotus Season 3.
In total, The White Lotus Season 3 earned 23 nominations. To date, The White Lotus Seasons 1-3 have earned 66 nominations.

In addition to the show’s acting, directing, writing and producing Emmy nominations, The White Lotus Season 3 earned nominations for Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Comedy or Drama Series, Outstanding Contemporary Makeup (Non-Prosthetic), Outstanding Cinematography for a Series (One Hour), Outstanding Contemporary Costumes and Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series.
Additionally, The White Lotus Season 3 also earned Emmy nominations for Outstanding Music Supervision, Outstanding Music Composition for a Series (Original Dramatic Score), Outstanding Production Design for a Narrative Contemporary Program (One Hour or More), Outstanding Contemporary Hairstyling, Outstanding Main Title Theme Music, Outstanding Title Design and Outstanding Picture Editing for a Drama Series.
The White Lotus Season 3 will begin finding out how many wins it will secure at the 2025 Creative Arts Emmy Awards and Governors Gala, which is set for Sept. 6 and 7, followed by the televised 2025 Primetime Emmys celebration on Sept. 14. The Engineering, Science & Technology Emmy Awards celebration is set for Oct. 14.
