Over 800 young athletes will train at Highmark Stadium this year during Jim Kelly’s 37th annual football camp.
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — More than 800 athletes will soon hit the field for Jim Kelly’s 37th annual youth football camp at Highmark Stadium.
The camp gives kids ages 8 to 13 a chance to train on the same field as the Buffalo Bills. There are two three-day sessions this year — the one that starts Monday is sold out, but a limited number of spots are available for the one starting on Friday, which runs daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Kelly said this camp isn’t just about football: It helps children build character, learn life lessons, and make friends.
“Each and every year I look forward to my football camp. I am truly humbled to have over 800 kids participate,” Kelly said in a statement ahead of the start of camp.
“The Bills organization has been amazing, and we truly appreciate our relationship with them. The kids are thrilled to experience playing on the same field as the Buffalo Bills. Not only do we teach them about football, but we also teach life lessons, and friendships are made that sometimes last a lifetime at the camp. It is awesome.”

“You’ve got to enjoy yourself and learn something when you leave here, knowing it made you a better person and a better player,” Kelly said at last year’s camp.
“They don’t just learn about football. they learn about life. They learn about the right kids to hang out with, so I do what I do to make a difference.”
