Kroger Wellness Festival returning with free concerts, celebrity guests & more


The Kroger Wellness Festival is returning this year, announcing their free headliners and celebrity lineup.The festival will once again take over Fifth Street downtown Sept. 26 and 27 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. The free two-day festival provides a way for people to interact with different aspects of healthy living: Nutrition, mental health, exercise, live music, relational connections, play and more. The festival features more than 200 family-friendly experiences at no cost to them.This year’s sponsors include vitaminwater Zero Sugar, P&G, BODYARMOR, PopCorners and Saratoga.Festival organizers announced their two free concerts. The All-American Rejects will perform Friday night and Third Eye Blind on Saturday night.There will also be panel discussions with special guests including actor Rob Lowe, world-renowned chef Alex Guarnaschelli, MLB legend Alex Rodriguez, two-time Olympic medalist Laurie Hernandez, two-time Olympic medalist and NBC Sports analyst, comedian Joel McHale and MMA star Dustin Poirier.“The Kroger Wellness Festival is a family-friendly event for anyone wanting to prioritize their well-being through fun, interactive experiences,” Colleen Lindholz, president of Kroger Health, said. “This free event is a great opportunity for people to learn about and incorporate food as medicine, fitness, mindfulness and overall healthy habits into their lifestyle.”Activities at the festival will include educational workshops on healthy travel hacks, tips for optimizing your mood and talks about achieving health goals.
