Anna Camp is proud of her work on Netflix’s You, and she shared her frustrations after the Emmy Awards did not include her in the 2025 nominations.
“Me reading about the nominations this morning knowing I gave one of the best performances of my life while also trying to be happy for everyone and while also remembering I vowed to stop drinking during the week,” Camp, 42, wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, July 15, alongside a screenshot of her character on You reading from her phone as she made a confused expression.
Camp made her debut on You during the fifth and final season, which premiered on the streaming service in April. She appeared on the show as identical twins Raegan and Maddie Lockwood, who found themselves involved in murderous drama with Joe Goldberg (Penn Badgley).
Shortly after she shared the post, several of her fans took to the comments section to say that they also believe she was snubbed. “Not one but TWO of the greatest performances i’ve ever seen— love you so much anna. you inspire me!!!!” one person commented, and another chimed in, “Your acting always amazes me!!! you definitely deserved an award queen.”

“The best performance I’ve ever seen I literally had to google if there were two of you! Don’t let an award value who you are as an actress because YOU did absolutely amazing and so many people saw it!” a third fan told Camp.
Camp’s girlfriend, Jade Whipkey, also showed her support by writing, “BLOWN AWAY. not many people ever get the chance to play twins and NO ONE has ever done it like you did. Take notes Hollywood!!!”
The Pitch Perfect alum is not the only star of You to not be nominated at the 2025 awards show. In fact, the series has never received an Emmy nomination since its debut in 2018.
