Good morning! The nice weather will keep rolling today. Temperatures will be unseasonably cool, topping out in the mid 70s. We will have plenty of sunshine with just a few passing clouds. Temperatures will drop into the 50s tonight, with cloud cover increasing after midnight.
Things will start to change on Saturday as an unsettled pattern takes shape. Scattered showers will be possible during the morning and afternoon. It won’t be an all-day washout, but we will be dodging a few raindrops throughout the day.
The chance for showers and storms will increase from Sunday through Tuesday as multiple disturbances move across the Tennessee Valley. The increase in cloud coverage and rain chances will keep temperatures in the 70s daily. Rainfall amounts could approach 2-3″ through next Wednesday. Go ahead and plan for a soggy Memorial Day!
