Persona 3 Reload Remake Confirmed for Nintendo Switch 2

Ahead of the June 2023 Xbox Showcase, Atlus let a Persona 3 Reload trailer slip out. Both that one and the one that appeared at the event only mentioned Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC versions of the game. However, it wasn’t until the July 2025 Nintendo Direct that a Switch 2 version of the Persona 3 Reload remake ended up confirmed. It launches October 23, 2025. It will be available digitally and physically.

As a reminder, Persona 3 Reload is a remake of the base game. Some FES elements are in the base game, and the Episode Aigis DLC adds the epilogue. It also does away with the fatigue system, which could keep a player from heading into Tartarus. We’ll also have less trouble maxing out social links in this version.

You can see it in the showcase below:

This announcement means the game is now on pretty much every modern platform. Following the Xbox Showcase, Atlus shared an additional trailer for the Persona 3 remake, and that one ended up also confirming the PS4 and PS5 versions of the RPG.

The Persona 3 Reload remake will show up on the Nintendo Switch 2, and it is already on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. The original game and its FES version appeared on the PS2. People can find Persona 3 Portable on the PS4, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
