If there’s anything that Marvel is known for is it’s ability shroud its projects in secrecy. That’s done to protect fans from knowing getting some of the smallest details about their films spoiled. In recent years, that shroud has slowly been pulled back – mostly due to scooper and scooping culture on the internet. But today, some massive leaks have made their way onto the internet thanks to an actual Marvel employee.
Early this morning, concept artwork from several upcoming (and apparently canceled) shows were leaked online from a concept artist name Mushk Rizvi. It’s unclear if they were hacked or not, and we say that because according to LinkedIn, they are still employed at Marvel Studios!
Now, we should note that the original source of the page has been taken down. Regardless, the photos have begun circling the web and we could not resist the urge to share because they have got us excited about what the next phase of the MCU is about to deliver.
First up, are concept photos from Fantastic Four: First Steps. In the gallery below, you can get a better glimpse at how Marvel’s first family will look on the big screen. Plus, there’s also some potential confirmation about the appearance of Franklin Richards’ appearance in the film.
Next is up artwork for a now-cancelled project called ‘Iron Man 3000’. According to the leaker account Divinity Seeker, the project was shelved for unknown reasons but it would have been an animated series “starring Morgan Stark and Pepper Potts, including a young female Vision. This show was a racing/car show that was loosely adapting the MCU canon (like the Spiderman show).”
Next up is at two brief glimpses into the upcoming Vision Quest series.
The first is a look at Ultron’s female counterpart and bride, Jocasta, who will apparently appear in the series. A variation of her previously appeared in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. We also see Peter Quill a.k.a Star Lord literally chilling with Vision. This means that by the end of the series the two will meet.
Lastly, the leaks offer an interesting look at all of the different arcs that will be explored in Avengers: Doomsday. This includes a first look at Doctor Doom, a nod to World War Hulk, the formal introduction of the Young Avengers, a special X-men character and a new Black Panther!
Now, we do want to make it clear that concept are is nothing more than that: drawings of concepts that help the directors better shape their vision. The final product could vary greatly. Still, these are about to generate enough excitement and should hold them over until each respective project comes out.
What do you think of the artwork? Sound off below!
Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: The First Steps introduces Marvel’s First Family- Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) as they face their most daunting challenge yet. It hits theaters July 25, 2025.
While plot details are being kept under wraps, Vision Quest is to focus on Vision trying to regain his memory and humanity. It’s also rumored that there is a possibility for Elizabeth Olsen’s return as Wanda Maximoff in the series, which would make sense due to Maximoff and Vision’s history throughout the MCU over the last 7 years.
Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Doomsday stars Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom, Tom Holland as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/Thing, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes/Winter Soldier, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Wyatt Russell as John Walker/U.S. Agent, David Harbour as Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian, Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson/Captain America, Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, and Chris Evans in unknown role. It is expected to shoot between March and August of this year for a target release date of next year!
